Tony Gillham joined Radio Tees in 1976 after being spotted by a plugger from a record company and recommed to the station as a replcement for Les Ross. Tony got the job and he presented the Breakfast Show on from 1976 until 1977.

Tony later joined Mercia Sound on Coventry where he presented the Drivetime show.

In the mid 80s he regularly presented the early breakfast show on BBC Radio 2.

 

 

 
                       
          
 
Today Tony works for BBC Local Radio across the south and south west presenting shows across the weekend.
